Segmentation fault if filterip key is not setted. #12

There is a workaround for this issue: To configure a filterip. In current 
mind.con at revision 35 we have added 0.0.0.0 as filterip. Anyway a 
segmentation fault is not a good way to say: There is a misconfiguration.

As the solution is easy, please solve this issue as soon as possible.
