What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up more than 1 user with authentication working
2. change the filtering characteristic for 1 user to be un-filtered in
mindf1.conf
3. use both accounts to determine if safe browsing is disabled in the the
unfiltered user
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected result is the user with no filtering can search un-encumbered
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 1.1 on debian
