What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OI Shopping List > menu > settings > get themes or extensions from 
Market

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Market should display extensions or themes, but instead many more applications 
are returned in a fuzzy search.

The search term should be modified slightly:
Change this:
https://market.android.com/search?q=extension+oi+shopping+list
into this:
https://market.android.com/search?q=%22extension%22+%22oi+shopping+list%22
(i.e. add quotes around "extension" and "oi shopping list", and similar for 
other search terms).

I tried it just now with Notepad and ShoppingList. Cannot reproduce, the 
extension button as well as the themes button open the Google Play store and 
the listings are relevant to the search.

Tried to reproduce it again, seems to be a real problem. The search relevance 
seems to change in time.
