在使用vpn上网的情况下代理失败 #44

学校的网络需要vpn连接，当连上vpn时，ssh 
tunnel能连上，但是所有软件都不能上网。直接用GPRS连ssh 
tunnel正常。

android版本：2.3.4
ssh tunnel使用全局代理

vpn 与 sshtunnel 的自动设置代理功能有冲突，无法混用。
