The Unarchiver 3.5.1 still fail to launch on OS X 10.8.2 #592

Hi,
i'm on OS X 10.8.2 with the new 3.5.1 version. And the app still fail to 
launch. When i try to open an archive, it launch the app's preferences pane. I 
have to go in the file menu from The Unarchiver to make it work.
