Open With on any PDF file shows five occurences of The Unarchiver.app #622

Here's how to reproduce the problem:

1. Right-click on a PDF file.
2. Select Open With.
3. The menu shows five occurences of The Unarchiver.app.

I'm running version 3.6 under OS X 10.8.2 (12C3006). The computer has no 
Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or similar operating system hacks 
installed. I tried to fix the problem using a tip from TidBITS 
(http://tidbits.com/article/13485) but without success.

This is an OS X bug, so please report it to Apple.
