Appointments can span a very long time. It does not make sense. There should be a cap.

Practically speaking, there usually will not be any appointments that span across the whole year.

This is a good suggestion to limit the appointment time. However we classify this as NotInScope as in this iteration we want to provide receptionist with as much flexibility with appointment times and the only constraint is show in the screenshot below.
