Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Accessibility and Talkback.
2. It reads the menu iteams, contacts nicely.
3. Make a call to the device from another phone.
4. When incoming call is ringing, the Talkback app do not read the Incoming
caller id/number.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When Talkback service is enabled, for incoming call it should speak " Call
from ABC-XXX-YYYY or the caller name if the number is stored in the phone book"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Motorola Droid, Android 2.1 OS.

Please provide any additional information below.

Tested against the development version of TalkBack and could not reproduce
problem.
When receiving call the device speaks: "Incoming Call: ###-###-####" or
"Incoming
Call, Contact Name, phone type". If this was a valid bug, it is likely fixed
with the
current version or an upcoming release.
