Query on TTS #69

Hi All,

Can anyone help me out in how to read quick settings button state along with 
button name (For example Wifi is on, GPS is off, ...etc)

Currently Text to speech service reads only the button names(i.e Wifi GPS BT), 
when we open Quick settings from the statusbar.

Is there any API available for reading the button states along with the button 
name.
