Double Tabp #71

General question. I have a customer who has an android phone. The phone has 
Spiel and Talkback, the issue is that there is no double tap option. Does 
anyone know if there is a way to double tap on an icon to get into it. The 
first tap would readout the selection the second tap would opeen it. Thanks
