espeak problems - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing espeak beta
2. turning espeak as main/default speech eeeeengine
3. setting default language to czech

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When i turned espeak as default, i expect, that it speaks immediately.
Instead of it, i had to press install voice data button, of course without 
speech, so i didn't know what appeared.
When i turned espeak of and on again, it worked.
But pronounciation of czech words is very strange.
Some words are spoken Like there is a space before the last letter.
It happens mainly with special czech characters.
Some special characters aren't even spoken, "they are sometime spoken sometime 
not"

Next, switching between languages is strange.
When i turned espeak on for the first time, it was in czech.
But when i restarted phone, it was in german, and turning back to czech didn't 
work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.46 b02
on htc desire z with spiel, latest version. Running android 2.3.3
Please provide any additional information below.
