[Eyes-Free Keyboard] Speaks app name twice when launching tutorial

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Settings->Accessibility->enable TalkBack
2. Settings->Language & keyboard->Eyes-Free keyboard settings->Launch tutorial 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"Welcome to the Eyes-Free Eyes-Free keyboard tutorial." There should not be 2 
"Eyes-Free".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eyes-Free Keyboard v1.1.1,and the operating system version is android 2.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
100% reproducible

Likely because the intro text gets interrupted by TalkBack speaking the app 
title.
