There is no way to disable My Location in OpenStreetMap #23

When you select My Location from the menu in the OpenStreetMap activity,
there is no way to then disable it.

This is not necessarily a bug - just an oversight in the design.

OpenStreetMap is just a demo application - anyone implementing their own
application is free to do as they like.

I'm not entirely sure how Google Maps does this. There's also no option to
disable it.

I've modified the demo application to toggle MyLocation.
It also displays a toast indicating the resulting state.
