VUE-CLI3.0环境下 标签提示:Unknown html tag el-button more... 卸载本插件后恢复,并且能够代码追踪

插件和vue环境应该没关系，能把webstorm版本号，发出来吗？

上面是没有安装插件的

现象: 安装了插件:代码不能够追踪,提示标签未定义 没有安装插件: 方法无法快捷输入但有输入提示

同样问题 , 但是又不影响使用,按Ctrl+Q也能显示用法 WebStorm 2019.1.3 JRE: 1.8.0_202-release-1483-b53 amd64 JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o Windows 10 10.0
