1.1.3 CFmask Terrain Shadow #4

Ran a very antarctic scene through CFmask 1.1.3, LE72101172013061ASN00. This is 
a completely snowy, cloudy area, obviously difficult to calculate in.  CFmask 
found significant amounts of water in the scene, which was actually terrain 
shadow.  Not a bad call, since there is no terrain shadow mask.  I don't think 
there's anything to fix, but all be aware that water in Antarctica is more than 
likely terrain shadow, and perhaps a terrain shadow mask should be considered 
as a future enhancement to the CFmask.
