The matching of phone number sequence and email behaviour is not specied in UG. User doesn't know if it supports substring matching

Filter by phone and email is specified in UG shown below in the UG. We omitted any unnecessary details as the feature is obvious by itself. We also don't understand what it means by "substring matching" as highlighted by the tester.
