Bug: Trying to look for powershell in linux?

I'm running under Linux: When i switch API i get the following in the terminal:

-ExecutionPolicy: 1: powershell.exe: not found
Retrying...
Retrying...
Retrying...

This has been fixed (although it is not elegant), please update it.
