Clarify readme on Key requirements #48

At multiple points in the top-level README.md instructions, it says,

"Enter the official OpenAI or third-party GPT-4V API Key and API Url at the top of the interface."

I was put off using this captioner because I thought I had to pay for an API key from those places.

Someone told me I can just use CogVLM instead? If that is true, would you please update the readme in those sections, to add, ( Enter key .... If using those APIs) ?

I don't have access to GPT4 as I don't pay it, is there a free service to use the Captioner? Hope you can answer if you figured out

A followup: I downloaded cogvlm. orignally I thought I would have to fuss with integrating with this thing somehow? But since there are no easy directions for that here... I noticed that cogvlm could do it, itself. Tried it out. works. Guess I'll be using that.

Ya, the Key confuses me too. Not using this until thats better explained.
