Your software product should be deployed into a cloud based server, a software service, or some other environment that is accessible by the team for the purposes of testing, development, and doing demos. Local machine deployment for the final product is not enough. In order to ensure that you have enough time to do this, you should start looking into a place to deploy. If you have access to commercial servers and would like to us them, that is an option. Otherwise, the CS department offers a cluster where you can deploy a docker image of your project. Access is at https://cloud.cs.vt.edu. All CS graduate students automatically get access to create a new project on the Discovery cluster using their CS credential.
