CLR button fills canvas with index colour 0, not background colour #301

would be great if CLR button clears canvas with the background colour, like
Deluxe Paint (at least on their AmigaOS version), and not index colour 0 -
clear the canvas with index colour 0 would be great when we have it
selected as background colour only - what do you all think?

Click this button with the right mouse button instead of the left. :-)

(Anyway, with layers, a new need is to clear canvas with transparent color. 
Maybe
this should replace the "color 0" behavior...)
