Type in hex value for colors #308

I'd like a way to enter color values by typing, for example: 056269.
There could be an input text-field in the palette menu for this.
This is useful when you want to 'import' individual colors from other
programs, like photoshop. You can just copy-paste the values instead of
mousing the sliders. I noticed that ProMotion has this option.

Already listed in issue 299.
Same comment: Grafx2 has no cut-n-paste with the host operating system (or 
window
manager), this would be the main difficulty.
