Keep filename when changing format

1. Open an existing file
2. Open the Save dialog
-> The current filename is shown and editable
3. Use the dropdown box to choose another format
-> The directory listing is updated to show only directories and files with
the right extension.
-> The first directory/file ("..") is highlighted, and the current filename
is "..".
So, you need to re-type the filename entirely.

It would be better to show the current file name, with a modified file
extension matching the selected format's default extension.
Ie: If you have noname.gif and switch to png, it should show noname.png
This way, with a single click of OK, it would save with the new format.
