Inaccurate cursor position when selecting palette colors #340

In the attached screenshot, clicking at that cursor position selects the
brown color right above. Same everywhere in the palette. I'm in 2x2 pixel
size mode and my Menu_ratio in grafx2.ini is -2.

Whoops, that was me above. Forgot a friend logged in on my computer earlier

Confirmed. Bug present since at least 2.1. Inaccuracy depends on number of rows.
Normal buttons are not effected, so it's specific to the menu palette, it must 
happen
with all pixel scalers and UI zoom level.

Fixed in r1452 (The DPaint cursor was off by one) and r1453 (the palette 
picking was
additionally off by one)
