Own colours for gradient #363

It would be great if we could choose the colours for our gradients one by one, 
too, so that we could create gradients from colours that are not next to each 
other in the palette :)

Already listed as issue 150, but thanks for asking. It's good to know if people 
are expecting these improvements.
