gradient draw #392

A Kaleidoscope drawing mode like in Dpaint would be nice.

Also if "gradient"-draw could be realized also for the paint brush.
So that the color of the paint brush cycles through a user definable range 
(like already present when doing gradient rectangles or circles).

All this combined with the upcoming color cycling = welcome Psychedelia!

Kaleidoscope is listed as issue 274 (Symmetry tools).

"Gradient"-draw was called the "Cycling" drawing mode, IIRC. The general idea 
is that the painting color changes every time a brush is pasted - for example 
when drawing a line, each pixel has a different color.
In Grafx2 the drawing modes (effects) are not necessarily exclusive, so we need 
to think how it should mix with other effects.
