Thanks for bringing up the issue. While we accept it as a bug, we feel that an insurance agent is quite well defined in general and its rare for developers to not know what this means so we did set the severity as low.

For these reasons, I believe the issue impacts the application's effectiveness enough to warrant a medium severity classification.
The definition for insurance agent could be better, for example a description of their jobs could be added or could includethe actions that an insurance agent would take.
