Error message for addClaim phrasing #7

This phrasing for the error message that cents must have 2 digits might be a bit hard to understand. Suggestion for improvement: "The Claim Amount must contain only 2 digits for cents, e.g 151.00" This might be slightly better, since the app already checks that if you input just "151" it gives an error message that cents must be included, so there might not be a need for the word "at least"

Thanks for the suggestion. However, users have given conflicting suggestions on how to improve this, however, we feel the message is clear enough, therefore we don't plan on changing it anytime soon.
