Bug fixes to correct import and export of ONNX models #64

Summary of fixes:

Add Flatten and GlobalAveragePooling ops
Import biases for Conv/GeMM operators
Only transpose GeMM inputs if explicitly requested
Skip transpose when preprocessing weights for final graph
Add epsilon attribute to BatchNorm
Ensure Conv padding is same on both sides
Matmul -> MatMul for ONNX compatibility
