Change UI for WPF-UI #317

Analysis

After first and quick analysis, it seems not optimal to move to WPF-UI and keep ReactiveUI.

The idea is to make a big bang and move to WPF-UI and using the MVVM Toolkit

It would be nice to have a new and shiny UI, but there's no easy way to integrate ReactiveUI with WPF-UI. So, as long as there is no easy way to make the change, it will remain as it is now.

Let's do a big bang and reopen this issue. This should be for a 3.0 release
