Add Playfield Numbers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "!whereis Varmint" shows some generic info to the playfield, but is lacking 
the PF Number required for the /waypoint command.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Budabot 2.3_GA

Improvement Suggestion:
- Include the PF Number into the !whereis info texts
- or add a !playfield (!pf) command which displays the PF Number

Acutally, there IS a !playfields command in the helpbot module. It shows a list 
of all playfields.

- The !playfields command is only mentioned in the help doc of "!help waypoint" 
and not listed as command in !help
- !playfields has no query parameters to get the pf number quickly
