Setup continuous integration (CI) server #198

1. Create new dns-name for it: e.g: budabot-ci.jhakonen.com, would be even 
better if the machine could be in budabot.com's domain --> ask CaptainZero
2. Install Jenkins CI software to linux machine
3. Set it up to react on svn changes
