Ended up to scrapping jenkins I had running on the Ubuntu machine.
Instead I'm running guest Windows XP within Virtualbox on the Ubuntu host.The 
guest OS rans now the Jenkins.
This allows me to create the Budabot windows archive with Bot Manager 
exe-included without meddling with hacky Wine setups.
