Bot Manager: command prompt on Windows should not open #246

This can be hidden by changing console's value to False in 
botmanager/botmanager.spec.
However, hiding the prompt seems to prevent starting of any bots!

I had to specify at bot's start that stdin is pied as well. Solution found from 
https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/pyinstaller/WN_hfg-1s7k
