Tasks accomplished on this PR:

Mission Section

Mission components and mission slice file is added
Mission data is fetched from the mission API
Member join and leave is implemented
The mission state is consumed by the profile section

Nav Section

NavLink is defined and configured
Nav click event added
Nav hover effect is added
