Update README file and add CHANGELOG file #81

The README file is still the initial Flutter one so it needs to be updated. And there is no CHANGELOG so I cannot see what has been changed in each version. I added bug label because I thought this is important to track every change for all of us.

Therefore, I request updating README and adding CHANGELOG with the template I attached here. These templates that my company is using for other internal packages.

Please also create a version tag whenever you release a new version to the master branch so I can reference it by the version tag.

This issue cannot be closed for now for these reasons. Please fix this.

❌ No proper README ❌ The Version Tag was not created with v2.2 ❌ The CHANGELOG has poor quality.

For the changelog, I don't think it is really hard to write the changes more in detail. For the readme file, if you have no idea how to write it, please use this template.
