What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the new tutorial application.
2. Observe the black borders between the actual terminal grid and the window
edges on the lower and right side.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The terminal grid should fit the window precisely. Instead, there is a visible
black border between the window edges and the actual terminal grid.
I would expect this behavior as a result of resizing the window, but not with
the initial window size.
