무승부가 될시에 서버 에뮬레이터가 픽하고 꺼져버리는 현상이 있습니다. (If you tie, server is gonna be down)

Hi.

Unfortunately, the current version does not handle the cases where a draw happens, so I coded it to crash for the cases. When further inspection on the client codes proceeds, it will be covered.
