The use case for adding a meeting should end for the extensions when the app shows an error due to invalid input or checks not passed and should not resume at step 1.

If users want to add a particular meeting and encounters an error message due to invalid input or checks not passed, they would go back to step 1 and fix the mistakes to add the meeting again.
