Adding "ChineseOnion" results in the ingredient being renamed to Chineseonion. Compounded with the inability to add spaces into ingredient names, this inventory system makes it very difficult to manage multi-word ingredients.

The program only capitalizes the first letter of the word in the display. (add spaces is in another issue - #2388)
