Package rename? #9

Do you think it's too late to rename the package to something more generic? colormap is taken, but colormaps seems to be available still.

It's true it's gonna be a little misnamed, but a lot of people use this. So I dunno. Let's think about it a little bit, maybe survey the public.

I brought this up on Twitter and @ivanov suggested we call it palletable. That's such a good name that I think we have to do it, so we'll call it palletable at the next release!

I like it! So there is "palette" and "palatable". This is a play on both words (aside: perhaps there should be just a single "l" character?). Whether the e or the a should follow the "l" depends on which word becomes dominant. Or maybe "palettable" (with two "t" characters)?

palettable works.

with only one t, it looks like pale``table, so that probably doesn't work.

paletteble also reasonable to type: just spell palette and end it with ble.

the advantage of palletable is the pronunciation is less ambiguous, and you can also bring in the word play to another level: the fork lift kind of pallet.

But, yes, the main point was to draw the palette and palatable connection, so whatever way makes that work.
