Login failure error code #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Gmail sometimes locks the email id and forces users to enter captcha texts. 
2. Libjingle login fails with the error code "not-authorized".
3. This is same as when you enter wrong password.
3. Is there a way to get a different error code, so can prompt the user with a 
different error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Different error codes for wrong password and account lock.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The error code libjingle gets is from the GAIA server. This topic is out of the 
libjingle scope. Please try to post a question in the following place.
