In the libjingle about page 
(http://code.google.com/intl/pt-BR/apis/talk/libjingle/index.html) is written:
A multi-user video conferencing application

Is it possible to make/receive multiple calls to create a conferencing? Does 
libjingle supports that?

No, libjinble doesn't support MUC (Multi-User Conf) at this moment.
