scon mode=opt build error with visual studio 2010

What steps will reproduce the problem?

hammer --mode=opt

modify C:\swtoolkit\site_scons\site_tools\target_platform_windows.py

LINKFLAGS_OPTIMIZED=['/PDBPATH:none']
to
LINKFLAGS_OPTIMIZED=['/PDBALTPATH:%_PDB%']

Just comment out "LINKFLAGS_OPTIMIZED=['/PDBPATH:none']" in the 
target_platform_windows.py. That works in my machine.
