Call example does not support libjingle file transfers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile libjingle 0.5
2. Start interactive call example program
3. Try send file to user who use Windows Google Talk client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Possible to send file via interactive call example program

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux, libjingle 0.5 (from svn)

Please provide any additional information below.
In old version 0.4 was example program pcp which could send files. In 0.5 is no 
program available
