Needs additional docs and examples for non-libjingle XMPP stacks or without XMPP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I currently find it rather difficult to find my way around libjingle, 
especially since I would like to use it in combination with another XMPP stack 
and to stream non-voice data.

Additional examples, created using a third-party XMPP stack, demonstrating 
transfer of (for example) ping packets would be highly valuable, as would 
additional, simple examples of using libjingle without XMPP.

Currently, all examples are pieces of highly complex machinery and all of them 
use built-in XMPP stack. This makes it rather difficult to integrate libjingle 
in projects that have their own library already (and even more so for non-voice 
purposes, and for non-XMPP uses).
