Hanging up from a call in the sample call app never actually hangs up #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build libjingle-0.5.6
2. Run ./call
3. Call another JID on the available roster
4. Type "hangup" to hangup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be kicked back to the main console menu, but instead I remain 
in the call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libjingle-0.5.6 on Ubuntu 10.10 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached my proposed fix to this issue.  Please let me know why this 
would not be the correct solution.
