pcp example missing from repository #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. checkout or download last libJingle release 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the File sharing example should be included under /talk/examples/pcp, but it is 
empty.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r68 - Mac OSX 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
I read in other threads that this application should be added again to the repo.

We have plenty of issues tracking the PCP app. It's not included in later 
release due to compatibility issues. It'll be added back in the future but the 
priority is pretty low for now.
