problem with code #4

while running it is showing nltk is not defined there is a code error so I am not getting https link after running the coding in a speech-to-sign language converter project can you please give me a proper code for that?? Or can you suggest me any other insturction

I ran this project on my pc It's running correctly in my pc after configuring all the requirements.
