Keep a log of what is imported

• Maintain a map of Toggl time entry IDs with Redmine time entry IDs.
• If a Toggl time entry is already imported, do not let the user import it again.

Toggl time entries are now mapped to Redmine time entries. This is done with the help of a custom endpoint at toggl2redmine/import.

Next steps

• Make toggl_id unique in the toggl_time_entries table
• Check if toggl_id has already been imported and ignore such records

When a time entry is imported:

• With each time entry request, Toggl IDs are passed to a custom endpoint at toggl2redmine/import
• A transaction is executed to create a TimeEntry object along with multiple TogglTimeEntry objects to record the relationship between the redmine and the toggl time entries.

I couldn't find a way (hook) to be able to delete the Toggl time entries from the toggl_time_entries table when the Redmine time entry is deleted. But this is a corner case which will only prevent the user from re-importing the relevant Toggl time entries.
