Hide issue information from non-members of a project

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Say a person doesn't have access to see a project.
• The ticket ID 123 belongs to that project.
• If the person creates a time entry on Toggl with ticket ID 123, then they can see the title of the ticket on the Toggl 2 Redmine page in Redmine

Expected behavior Since the person doesn't belong to the project, they shouldn't see any information about the issue 123.
